    How long will my lamp take to arrive?

    Since every lamp is handpoured and finished by Jack personally, please allow 2–3 weeks for production plus shipping. Worth the wait.

    Can I request a custom design?

    We don't offer custom orders right now — everything available is listed in the shop. Keep checking back as new designs drop regularly.

    Are the lamps safe to leave on?

    Yes. All lamps use low-heat LED bulbs and fully cured resin. Built to glow for years, not just look pretty.

    What if my lamp arrives damaged?

    Jack personally packs every order. If something arrives broken, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
